Our team

Usually the team is presented by position. We prefer different approach.

We are a team of four professionals with experience  gained when we worked in multinational firms, leaders in their industries. As a team we have experience in management (we were on top management positions), communication, production, back office including finance, administration and logistics.

Our corporate experience is enriched by ability to successfully run our private businesses.

Anna Burmajster-Dąbrowska – Partner

Co-founder of AT CONENCT. Before, she successfully held the position of Managing Director of Dream Studio – the production firm (computer graphics, DTP, BTL production, post production, photo, art-buing and proofreading) within Havas Poland (earlier Euro RSCG Poland ).

Anna has 18 years of experience in Advertising agencies including IITP, Ammirati Puris Lintas and finally Havas (last 13 years).

Tomasz Zakrzewski – Partner

Co-founder of AT-CONNECT. Before President of the management board of HHP (holding company of Havas Poland (earlier Euro RSCG Poland) and President of Euro RSCG 4D Digital, responsible for active business support and back office. During that time Euro RSCG Poland won a number of prizes including Group of the Year title by Media and Marketing Magazine. Earlier experience include finance director position in Wirtualna Polska and manager in PricewaterhouseCooper specializing in process optimization. 19 years of professional experience in: consulting, finance, management, media and advertising.

Astrid Zakrzewska – Partner

Astrid has been a trainer, coach and independent advisor for almost  10 years working with great brands including Warsaw School of Economics, PwC  or Sanofi. She started her own business after working for media ITI Group and TVN in particular and PwC. She specializes in finance and HR, but communicating with people is her passion.

Jacek Dąbrowski – Partner

Co-founder of AT CONENCT  – the firm assisting small and medium companies in growth. Jacek gained experience in IT and Logistics (TNT worldwide) industries as well as marketing (IITP Advertising and WBK Bank). Simultaneously he has been engaged in own enterprises in moto and publishing industries.
